Who Am I?

So, I’m Sally and I'm The Charisma Coach, I help individuals and businesses leaders to boost confidence, authority and influence in their niche to catapult their business. I do this through a series of structured accountability programmes that will provide the right tools, techniques and habits to take your business speaking power to the next level.
So, some years ago, as a budding nervous speaker and training manager, I always felt pretty terrified of speaking in a meeting, let along giving my opinion, I would shay away of presentations and even stopped applying for leadership roles as my nerves of public speaking were holding me back. It was like I didn't really fit in with the other professional professionals and I would come home feeling frustrated that I was letting myself down. But, I had this innate passion to want to drive better communications in my team, to be heard and valued. I wanted to create learning, coaching and development that was real, worthwhile, more powerful and less power point!
Spring forward 15+ years, after lots of personal development and work I now support many younger individuals, leaders and managers inside companies and of course entrepreneurs just like you become confident, powerful communicators to reach their goals and earn top whack!

Now we all know business can be tough, we deal with knock backs and tough challenges from clients so how resilient and bounce back are you under pressure. We have to master that energy. Charismatic people tend not to fail with knock backs.
